Squire Patton Boggs has advised Excom on the acquisitions of Triunfotel and MadFibra. Operation which will allow Excom Group to reach a FTTH network exceeding 600,000 building units and 120,000 clients.

Excom, telco operator backed by private equity fund Formentor Capital and financed by debt fund Kartesia, recently acquired telco operators Triunfotel, with presence in La Rioja and Cáceres, and MadFibra, which operates in Madrid.

Both transactions follow the purchase of the Andalusian operator JetNet’s FTTH network which took place last June and allow the group to reach a FTTH network exceeding 600,000 building units and 120,000 clients, remarkable figures for an asset that continues to show strong value in the market.
