Evolution in functionalities: The all-in-one assistant

Version 3 of Vincent AI marks a significant evolution by consolidating the platform’s capabilities into a single thread. Previously, functionalities such as question answering, argument creation, jurisdiction comparison and document analysis were presented as separate modules. Now, these capabilities are integrated naturally and seamlessly, improving the user experience and boosting efficiency in the use of the wizard.

Enhanced Workflows: simpler and more powerful

One of the main improvements introduced in this new version is the evolution of Workflows. In the previous version, Vincent AI already stood out for its ability to suggest workflows based on document analysis. Now, this functionality has been improved, offering a collection of predefined and optimized Workflows that allow users to tackle complex tasks in a simpler and more effective way. These Workflows are designed to cover the most common tasks in different areas of legal practice, and will continue to be expanded in the coming months, offering an increasingly extensive and specialized catalog. Some examples of Workflows are Contract Analysis, Claim Analysis, Document Comparison or Change Review.

In addition, firms that wish to do so will be able to create their own customized workflows, which facilitates the adoption of Vincent AI and ensures seamless integration into the firm’s day-to-day business, without the need to be a technology expert.

Collections: Batch execution for large volumes

Another new highlight of Vincent AI is the Collections functionality, which allows you to run batch tasks on large sets of documents. For example, it is possible to summarize every document in a set of hundreds or find specific clauses among hundreds of contracts, all with the speed and accuracy that Vincent AI is known for.

Conversational interface: Natural and continuous interaction

Vincent AI’s new conversational interface takes interaction with the assistant to a new level, allowing users to converse in natural language with the platform. This facilitates much smoother continuous iteration, without the need to restart the task in case of changes or adjustments,

Growing adoption: Vincent AI as the legal assistant of the future

Since its launch at the end of 2023, Vincent AI adoption has continued to grow across all segments of the legal market. For individual lawyers and small firms, Vincent AI is becoming “a true personal assistant, saving time and increasing legal certainty without increasing labor costs,” they shared in a statement. For medium and large firms, Vincent AI is helping to introduce artificial intelligence into a professional practice with high requirements for security, privacy and personalization.
