RSM appoints Jesús Bernabé as a partner and head of the Tax & Legal practice in Madrid
RSM, an international audit and assurance, tax, legal, consulting and corporate finance services organization, has hired Jesús Bernabé, from Auren, as a commercial partner and director of the Tax & Legal area in the firm’s Madrid office.

Jesús Bernabé has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate legal advice sector, specifically in the banking and financial sectors, and in recent years he has been a partner at Ramón Hermosilla Abogados and at the professional services firm Auren, since 2018.
With a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE, the new partner of RSM has also been general secretary of Gescapital Group and general manager of legal advice and compliance for the Spanish branch of Banco Espírito Santo and subsequently of Novo Banco.
