Preparations for ICAM-ICAB Business Law Meeting Finalized

The Madrid and Barcelona Bar Associations are finalizing preparations for the I Business Law Meeting ICAM-ICAB, scheduled for October 24-25 in Madrid at the Santander Luca de Tena Auditorium and the ICAM headquarters. This significant event, dedicated to the field of business law, will address the most relevant and current topics for corporate lawyers.

The conference will cover critical issues such as professional secrecy, the transition from corporate lawyer to CEO, the role of corporate lawyers as business partners, and the transformation of the corporate lawyer’s function. Special attention will be given to opportunities arising from the use of artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria, legal services management models, and reputational management.
