Andersen Advises on Hotel’s acquisition for Senior Living Project

Andersen Abogados has successfully advised Grupo Gimeno and White Investing on the acquisition of the Ona Benidorm Poniente hotel. The property will be converted into a luxury senior living resort.

This project is part of a strategic alliance between Grupo Gimeno, White Investing, Topcal Investment, and MoZaïC Asset Management. The partnership aims to lead the senior living sector in Spain, with plans to invest 100 million euros across various projects along the Mediterranean arc.

Construction will commence shortly, with the grand opening anticipated in 2026. The resort will offer medium and long-term rentals of one or two-bedroom apartments, providing services and amenities for over 150 residents aged 55 and above.

Andersen’s Urban Planning department led the legal advisory services, with Partner Carlos Morales and Pablo López, Senior Associate, spearheading the project from their Valencia office.

This acquisition marks a significant step towards creating a high-end resort offering a wide range of services and leisure activities for the senior community.
