SPB advises on the acquisition of Telmi Telecom

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Excom, the Spanish telecom group backed by Formentor Capital, on the acquisition of Telmi Telecom, a telecommunications operator located in Granada, Jaén and Badajoz.

Due to this acquisition, Excom consolidates its position as a local operator of reference in Granada. In addition, its presence in Extremadura strengthens its capacity to provide services in new areas.
