Deloitte Legal advises on the sale of Ingeteam O&M services business in renewable energy plants to RES

Deloitte Legal has advised Ingeteam and Ingeteam Power Technology on the sale of the group’s division dedicated to the provision of O&M services to renewable energy plants to Renewable Energy Systems (RES), one of the largest independent renewable energy companies in the world, based in Kings Langley (UK).

The business being sold involves the transfer of more than 1,500 employees in a total of 15 jurisdictions worldwide.

The advice provided by Deloitte Legal has been comprehensive, including legal, tax and labor assistance in the design and execution of the carve-out of the business to be sold and its separation from the rest of the businesses, as well as legal advice throughout the negotiation process, signing of the contracts and closing of the transaction.
