Andersen and KPMG Abogados advise on Alfil Patrimonial’s exit to BME Scaleup

Andersen and KPMG Abogados have advised on the exit of Alfil Patrimonial Socimi to BME Scaleup. The company, which is the first to join this new BME market, took as a reference a price of 7,350 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 73.5 million euros.
