Pinsent Masons advises on the €37m purchase and subsequent sale of a PV power project
Pinsent Masons has advised RJ Eurodevelopment in the purchase of a photovoltaic energy project with a total installed capacity of approximately 37.5 MWp called “Valdecarretas” located in Toro, Zamora from Bas Projects Corporation. And later advising RJ Eurodevelopment in the sale of the majority shareholding of the “Valdecarretas” project to Tokyu Land Corporation.
Advisors on the transaction are partners Alfonso Bayona and Hermenegildo Altozano together with Pablo Galera and Álvaro Márquez, associates.
