Squire Patton Boggs advise on the adquisition of Skip Group
Squire Patton Boggs has advised EXTE, a Spain-based entity subsidiary of private equity firm Magnum Capital, acquired Italy-based Skip Group for an undisclosed amount.
Skip Group, based in Milan, is proprietary of Talks Media and Pubtech, companies engaged in providing digital advertising services. Skip Group will continue operating under the leadership of the same management team and will retain its workforce of 19 employees, who will join the six employees from EXTE in Italy.
The team has been formed by Teresa Zueco (Partner, Madrid), Sara Belotti (Partner, Milán), Luis Gutiérrez (Senior Associate, Madrid) and Juancarlos Alberto Pirani (senior associate, Milán).
