Cuatrecasas advises Vidrala on sale to Verallia
Linklaters Italy has advised Verallia, a leading manufacturer of glass containers for the food and beverage industry, in its acquisition of Vidrala’s Italian glass business. The agreement involves the acquisition of the Vidrala subsidiary based in Corsico, near Milan, on the basis of an enterprise value of €230 million.
Linklaters assisted Verallia with a corporate team led by partner Pietro Belloni, assisted by associate Augusto Fracasso and supported by trainee Beatrice Bertolini. For the antitrust, a team led by partner Lucio D’Amario advised, assisted by managing associate Matteo Farneti and associate Gaia Bozzolan.
