MA Abogados incorporates Miguel Gómez-Angulo as Head of the M&A practice area

MA Abogados, a firm led by José María Michavila and Ángel Acebes, has incorporated Miguel Gómez-Angulo in the Commercial Law Department, as Director of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) area, one of the growing areas of the firm. He joins from Escalona & De Fuentes Abogados.

He holds a degree in Law and Political Science and Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Business Law. He has more than twelve years of experience advising on company acquisitions and transfers in different business sectors, as well as advising private equity funds on investment and divestment processes.
