Uría Menéndez has advised Grupo Konecta on the acquisition by Konecta UK (Grupo Konecta) of a 100% interest in Bespoke International Group Limited.
The Konecta Group, which specializes in providing customer experience services, has strengthened its position in the English-speaking market with the integration of Bespoke.
The UK-based company specializes in business process outsourcing activities with production in Durban, South Africa.
The team has been formed by Tomás Acosta (partner, M&A-Private Equity, Madrid); Éanna Malone (associate, M&A – Private Equity, Madrid); César Farrapeira (junior associate, M&A-Private Equity, Madrid).
