Devesa advises on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Villafañe & Asociados Consultores

Devesa has advised Roman – Reputation Matters in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Villafañe & Asociados Consultores (VA&C), a Spanish company specialized in corporate reputation definition and mediation.

VA&C was founded 25 years ago by Justo Villafañe, Professor of Reputation at the Complutense University of Madrid, with the aim of developing its own research-based methodologies to improve the trust and competitiveness of companies and institutions, both nationally and internationally, for all their stakeholders.

The consultancy firm has developed recognized measurement models based on reputational transfer of leadership, integration of ESG criteria in scorecards, optimization of Corporate Governance, reputational diagnostics, brand perception and corporate culture, stakeholder engagement models, measurement and quantification of reputational risks or recognition of best practices, among others.

It has a specialized team and works on reputation projects for important brands and IBEX35 companies in Spain, as well as leading companies in Peru, Mexico, Chile and the Dominican Republic.
