Delvy promotes three new partners
Delvy, a firm specialising in comprehensive advice for technology start-ups, innovative companies and venture capital funds, has three new partners following the promotion of Ainhoa García (pictured left), Helena Checa (pictured centre) and José Morato (pictured right).
These strategic appointments enrich the firm’s management team, based in Barcelona and Madrid, and reflect its ongoing commitment to legal and business excellence.
Ainhoa García, a lawyer with solid experience and a great track record as Litigation Manager in the Barcelona office, joins Delvy’s team of partners leading the litigation area. Likewise, Helena Checa, lawyer and Manager of the Corporate and M&A department of Delvy, assumes the role of partner in the commercial area. Checa has a long track record at Delvy Barcelona, bringing with her extensive experience in commercial transactions and financing rounds. Also José Morato joins as Delvy Madrid’s first partner leading the IP&IT area. Morato is an expert lawyer in matters related to intellectual property, information technology and industrial property.
