Auren signs Inmaculada Roldán as new insurance partner

Auren Legal has signed Inmaculada Roldán as a new partner to strengthen the advisory area for the insurance sector. She has joined from Divina Seguros where she held the position of legal director.

With a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, the new partner of Auren has more than 20 years of experience in the legal advice and defense of major insurance companies nationwide.

Before joining Auren, she was legal director of insurance companies of the Aviva Group, legal director of the procedural area and insurance and pension advice of Broseta Abogados and legal director of the Divina Seguros Group. Her incorporation will allow the firm to expand its insurance practice both in Spain and internationally.

For her part, the new partner of Auren has pointed out that there is a growing demand in the current market for “highly specialized” legal advice and that the constant changes and the current regulatory framework force entities in the insurance sector “to have to adapt quickly and to have that vision and knowledge of professionals”.

Mario Alonso, president of Auren, has stated that “the need for insurance advice has increased significantly in recent years” and stressed that the signing of Inmaculada Roldán will “strengthen and increase the position of the firm in the sector”.
