Baker McKenzie and Uría Menéndez advise on the purchase of Citydox Granollers

Baker McKenzie and Uría Menéndez have advised on the acquisition of Citydox Granollers by AEW, a plot of more than 20,000 square meters, and has entered into a development agreement with the seller, TCC, to build a logistics platform.

AEW has also acquired two logistics projects developed by Trammel Crow Copany (TCC), a subsidiary developer of the CBRE Group: legal advisors

Baker McKenzie’s advisory team to AEW has been formed by Guillermo Rodrigo (pictured left) and Paloma Alcón from the real estate team.

The seller (TCC) has been advised by Uría Menéndez with a team formed by Juan Antonio Pérez Rivarés (pictured right), partner in Barcelona, and senior associates Joan Andreu (Barcelona) and Guillermo Rey (Madrid).
