Cases & Lacambra hires the state lawyer Raquel Frías Rivera
Cases & Lacambra, who has announced a few days ago the incorporation of Fernando Cerdá to the firm, signs up a new recruit, the State Lawyer Raquel Frías Rivera, who will join the team as partner. With a diverse background that includes roles in the Treasury, Presidency, and SEITT (State Infrastructure and Transport Company), Raquel Frías takes on the pivotal role of partner, overseeing the development of the public and regulated sectors practice at the firm.
Prior to joining Cases & Lacambra, Frías served as the coordinator of legal assistance agreements with AENA and SEITT. Her recent assignment was with the General Secretariat of European Funds. Throughout her illustrious career, she has held significant positions in the State Attorney’s Office of the Ministry of Finance and Public Function, as well as the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts, and Democratic Memory.
As a seasoned State lawyer, she brings extensive experience in providing legal counsel to the Administration and public sector companies. Her expertise extends to various legal domains, with a profound understanding of corporate law and public procurement law. She has actively contributed to the formulation of regulations, showcasing a broad, cross-cutting vision of legal matters.
