Squire Patton Boggs advises on the acquisition of Valser

Squire Patton Boggs has advised the Kiloutou Group, a French multinational specialising in the rental of machinery and tools, on the acquisition of 100% of Valser.

Valser is a leading company in the Levante region in the rental of machinery and tools for the construction industry. The culmination of this operation represents the entry of the French multinational into the Levante market and follows other acquisitions that the group has made in other areas of Spain in previous years, reinforcing its position as a leading company in the sector.

The Kiloutou Group is the second largest lessor of machinery and tools in France and the third largest in Europe.
