White & Case and Herbert Smith Freehills have advised on the closing of an Ardian financing to support Stirling Square’s acquisition of GTT.

Ardian has arranged a financing package comprising a Unitranche Facility, a Committed Acquisition Facility and a PIK tranche to support the acquisition of Gestión Tributaria Territorial (GTT) by Stirling Square Capital Partners, a leading Spanish provider of tax software and services to the public sector.
AnaCap, which initially acquired the business in 2020, will reinvest as a minority investor alongside Stirling Square and the GTT management team.
The financing package provided by Ardian’s private credit team includes a significant committed acquisition facility designed to support the company’s buy-and-build strategy.
