Andersen advises on the transaction to raise Squirrel Media’s stake in Grupo Ganga
Andersen has advised Squirrel Media, listed on BME, in the transaction to increase its stake in the audiovisual production company Grupo Ganga to 75%.
The transaction, which is part of Squirrel Media’s growth strategy, includes all the real estate assets owned by Grupo Ganga, including its studio in Pinto (Madrid), with more than 8,000 square meters of floor space, including outdoor locations, sets, editing booths, among others.
Jaime Aguilar, partner of the M&A area, together with Mayo Torres and María García Granero, associates of the same department, have been in charge of the transaction at Andersen.
