Osborne Clarke has advised Foresight on the sale of 50% of three 99MW solar farms in Murcia to EB-SIM
Foresight Solar Fund Limited (FSFL) has sold 50% of a 99MW solar power farm in Lorca (Murcia) to EB-SIM, a subsidiary of Germany’s Evangelische Bank (EB).
This transaction involves the sale of the Los Llanos, Las Salinas and Los Picos power facilities for €26.9 million, representing a significant move in the market for renewable energy assets in Spain.
The Osborne Clarke team advising on this transaction was led by partner Luis Castro with the support of Isabel de Cotta and Alvaro Mengotti, lawyers of the firm.
