Bird & Bird advises on the launch of Astrum
Bird & Bird has advised Iberian private equity firm Henko Partners on the launch of Astrum, a new pan-European contract research organisation (CRO). This follows the integration of BlueClinical (PT) and Pharmalog (DE) into a combined entity alongside Henko’s existing CRO portfolio companies BioClever (ESP) and PopsiCube – MissionTEC (FR).
By bringing together the capabilities of the four companies, Astrum immediately becomes a relevant player in the European CRO industry.
