Ravago incorporates Borja Plana as EMEA Legal Counsel

Ravago, the Belgian plastics producer, has incorporated Borja Plana as EMEA Legal Counsel. He joins from Zurich Insurance where he worked since May 2018.

Borja Plana has developed his professional career working for law firms as a corporate lawyer.

Among these firms are Dr. Frühbeck Abogados and Bartolome&Briones. Among the companies he has worked for are Alliance Healthcare, LoanBook or Danone.

He joins Ravagao, the Belgian plastics producer, from Zurich Seguros, where he held the position of Legal & Corporate Governance since May 2018. He has been a member of the Audit Committee of Bansabadell Vida, Bansabadell Seguros Generales and Bansabadell Pensiones. Secretary of the Board Bansabadell Previsión EPSV Individual and Employment. Also member of the Risk Committee, Investment Committee and ALCO Committee.

Studies

Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, and degree in Political Science and Government from the Universidad Oberta de Cataluña. He holds a Master in Law (LLM) in Sports Law from the University of Lleida.
