Caiado Guerreiro advises Golden Park on Portugal entry

Caiado Guerreiro has advised Golden Park on its entry into Portugal, advising the Spanish brand on all the legal issues inherent in the licensing of Azartia Games – the company’s owner – as a gaming operator and the licensing of online gaming and sports betting platforms, compliance, data protection and other regulatory issues. With a strong presence in the Spanish market, where it began its activity in 2012, GoldenPark offers more than 19 sports and 500 events a day. In addition to online gaming and sports betting, it has more than 30 physical gaming centres in Madrid and Barcelona.

The Caiado Guerreiro team that provided the legal advice was led by lawyers and partners Ricardo Rodrigues Lopes and Ricardo Costa Macedo.
