Baker McKenzie advises on financing for the construction of a student residence
Baker McKenzie’s Real Estate team has advised Merkel Asset Management on the financing for the construction of a student residence at the Campus de la Salud in Armilla, Granada.
The residence, which will open in September 2024, has 293 beds that will serve students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, among others.
The student residence, which will be managed by the international operator Yugo, will be the first to open its doors in the municipality of Armilla.
Baker McKenzie’s advisory team has been led by Guillermo Rodrigo and Paloma Alcón.
