BDO advises Enjoy! and GED Capital on new sports center in Malaga
BDO has advised the sports facility manager Enjoy! on the opening of its new fitness center in Málaga. The total investment of the project, which exceeds 9 million euros, will be assumed by GED Andalucia, an investment vehicle focused on the promotion of urban development projects managed by the European Investment Bank, and the venture capital firm Espiga Capital.
BDO Abogados´ team was led by the corporate M&A partner Álvaro Marco together with Andrés Álvarez-Sala, Eva Carro and Marta Lanzas. Likewise, the public team was led by Joaquin Vives de la Cortada and Eric López.
The feasibility analysis of the project has also been carried out by BDO Spain through its consulting department. With this new project, BDO has now advised Enjoy! on three projects after participating in Enjoy Wellness San Fernando and the recently inaugurated Enjoy Wellness Jerez.
