FILS incorporates new leader of the new energy department
FILS has incorporated Gonzalo Ramón y Cajal to lead the newly created Energy department, which will represent the main players in the national and international electricity market throughout the life cycle of power generation projects.

Gonzalo Ramón y Cajal, who until now worked for Ramón y Cajal, has extensive experience in the energy sector, especially in the negotiation and formalization of energy asset purchase and sale transactions, both greenfield and brownfield, and in the drafting of contracts of various types, including development, manufacturing, grid access, agency, land, construction (EPC), operation and maintenance (O&M), distribution and marketing.
Gonzalo Ramón y Cajal has dual Spanish and U.S. citizenship and holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Europea de Madrid. He was number 1 in his class in the Master in Corporate and Financial Management at ISDE Business School.
Operations
He has advised in the development of the necessary infrastructures for the evacuation of the energy generated by the projects and its connection to the corresponding grid.
He has also participated in the constitution of all types of joint ventures for the joint development of energy projects, and in numerous partner agreements and investment agreements to regulate the economic contributions to be made throughout the life of such projects.
