Pinsent Masons on the acquisition of a 100% stake of Solaer Energías La Trucha
Pinsent Masons has advised RJ Eurodevelopment on the acquisition of a 100% stake of the company Solaer Energías La Trucha owner of the photovoltaic energy project named “Manzanares” located in Ciudad Real with a power generation capacity of 39.9 MW previously owned by Sunco Energy. The renewable energy generated will be sold to a major European power company by means of a purchase power agreement.
In addition, Pinsent Masons has advised RJ Eurodevelopment in the subsequent sale of a majority stake in the company to the Japanese investor Tokyu Land Corporation.
