FormaItalia advises on the arrival in Italy of Nude Project
FormaItalia, law firm specialized in supporting Spanish businesses in the transalpine country, has advised Nude Project in its opening to the Italian market, in the labor, real estate, tax and administrative fields.
Nude Project, one of the most emerging urban and casual fashion brands in Spain, has just opened its first physical store outside Spain. The city chosen by Alex Benlloch and Bruno Casanovas, founders of Nude Project, has been Milan, the fashion capital.
The store, located in Corso di Porta Ticinese, fashion district par excellence, has 80m2 and continues with the same retro/vintage style of their Spanish stores. The Department has been the studio in charge of the interior design and architecture of the store.
With an initial investment of 600 euros, Nude Project was born in 2018 as an online brand that sold sweatshirts and now its creations already reach 100 countries. The firm also has three physical stores in Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona.
“Nude Project has relied on our knowledge of the legislative and management differences between the two countries and the implementation in Italy has been a success. We hope that the project, which has become the fastest growing clothing brand in Spain, will follow the same steps in the Italian market,” explains Alfredo Izquierdo, founding partner of FormaItalia.
