RocaJunyent advises on the sale of Climorent to Atlas Copco

RocaJunyent has advised on the sale of Climorent, a provider specializing in rental of industrial refrigeration solutions in Spain, to Atlas Copco.

Atlas Copco has acquired the company Climorent, a provider of special rental solutions for industrial refrigeration applications, in Catalonia, Spain.

Climorent has 15 employees and is headquartered in Barcelona and in 2022 it had a revenue of approximately 2 million euros. The business will become part of the Specialty Rental division within the Power Technique business area.

The operation has been advised by Fede Segura and Sergio Giménez.
