With extensive professional background, Benedetta Pacífico is a lawyer specializing in debt issuance and sustainable finance who has worked as an expert in capital markets for more than 12 years; in the later stage of it, as a counsel in a US multinational firm and, previously, in the London offices of a British and an Italian firm.
As counsel of the American firm and, in line with her special interest in advising on sustainability-related issues, she led the Focus Group in Europe on ESG and provided advice on numerous sustainable issue transactions. She brings a complete and transversal profile that, beyond benefiting the work group she joins, will add directly to the development of knowledge in other areas such as business and Human Rights, corporate governance, compliance and M&A.
