EY and Pérez-Llorca advise on the purchase of 49% of Alquiler Seguros

EY and Pérez-Llorca have advised on the purchase of 49% of Alquiler Seguros by Aurica Capital. EY has advised Aurica Capital and Pérez-Llorca has advised Alquiler Seguro.

The private equity firm Aurica Capital has bought 49% of Alquiler Seguros. This transaction has been carried out through its Aurica IV fund, and represents its fifth investment since September 2022.

Alquiler Seguros is a company specialising in the management of rental housing, chaired by Antonio Carroza. And now, it is bringing in venture capital to be able to continue with its growth plan.

EY Abogados team has been composed by the partner Simeón García-Nieto and the manager Silvia Rafols. Marta Lillo also participated.

Pérez-Llorca team consisted of partner Javier Bau and lawyers Jorge González and Ana Aguirre.
