WFW and GA_P advise on the sale of two wind farms to Helia Renovables III
Watson Farley & Williams and Gómez Acebo & Pombo have advised on the sale of two operating onshore wind farms in Southern Spain to Helia Renovables III, a renewable private equity fund structured and raised by Bankinter Investment and managed by Plenium Partners. WFW has advised the independent investment firm specialising in real assets RIVE Private Investment and Gómez Acebo & Pombo has advised Plenium Partners and Bankinter Investment. These assets represent a total installed capacity of 28.2 MW.
The portfolio currently produces clean energy equivalent to the electricity consumption of about 23,000 households, thus contributing to the energy transition by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by about 12,000 tons of CO2 per year.
