SPB advises on the establishment of X-Noor´s joint venture
Squire Patton Boggs through its Dubai and Madrid offices has advised global leader in the renewable energy sector X-Elio in the establishment of a joint venture with Dutco, a renowned infrastructure, energy and construction conglomerate with extensive regional experience in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The transaction was led by Dubai office partner Matt Powell and Dubai senior associate Leila Drissi with support from Madrid partner Manuel Mingot.
The partnership aims to position the joint venture X-Noor as a world-class renewable energy development platform in the GCC and a key player in the region’s renewable energy landscape. The partnership will accelerate the development of renewable energy infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
