Cuatrecasas advises on the registration of a promissory note program in the MARF for a maximum outstanding balance of 50 million euros

Cuatrecasas has advised Nexus Energía in the registration of a promissory notes program in the Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) for a maximum outstanding balance amounting to 50 million euros. The promissory notes to be issued under this new program may reach a maturity of up to two years and their nominal amount will be 100,000 euros.

This operation will allow Nexus Group, among other actions, to diversify its sources of financing and, at the same time, to increase working capital in the short-medium term, optimize financing costs and strengthen its growth potential.

The Cuatrecasas team that has legally accompanied Nexus in this process has been led by Miguel Cruz, partner of the financial area, who has been supported by the lawyers Gonzalo Terceño and María Alaminos.
