TKL Abogados – Think Legal advises BeAble Capital on two investments 

TKL Abogados – Think Legal has advised BeAble Capital on two investments in science equity, which together amount to approximately €4m.

The firm has experience in advising venture capital funds investing in deep science assets, such as nanotechnology, new materials, photonics, biotechnology and quantum computing, in the early stages of their development.

The first investment was made in Safeloc Systems, a real-time location system solutions (RTLS) and ultra-wideband (UWB) technology company. BeAble Capital led a €2 million financing round involving Ceit Centro Tecnológico, a non-profit research center created by the University of Navarra, and the Basque Government through Spri-Emprendimiento, an entity of the Basque Government’s Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment that promotes Basque industry.

The second investment was made in Inbentus Medical Technology, an innovative company in the field of medical technology. BeAble Capital led a €2 million financing round in which Gespro Development and Murcia Emprende, Sociedad de Capital Riesgo, a financing fund for entrepreneurs and growth companies.
