CMS Portugal advises Finangeste on the purchase of Castil cinema 

CMS Portugal has advised Finangeste, a credit recovery company, on the purchase from BBVA of the former Castil cinema, located at Rua Castilho in Lisbon. 

 The former Castil cinema in Lisbon, which opened on 2 February 1973, closed its doors in 1988, and was currently occupied by a BBVA. 

The team from CMS Portugal advising on this deal was formed by partners, Sara de Almeida Barroso (Urban Planning, pictured right) and João Pinheiro da Silva (Real Estate, pictured left), and associates, Sandra Teixeira Arsénio, Gonçalo Cabral Moncada, David Pratas Brito and Carlota Januário.
