Ramón y Cajal advises Banco de Sabadell on real estate project financing

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Banco de Sabadell on the financing of a real estate project.

This will be made possible through the granting of senior financing with mortgage guarantee on 6 properties located in Madrid and Oviedo leased to bank branches, financing channelled through a company owned and managed by the investment funds Atitlan and Drago Capital.

The Ramón y Cajal Abogados team advising on this deal was formed by (pictured from left to right) partner Amado Giménez Bono, together with lawyers Alberto París and Saúl Dávila.
