Pérez-Llorca hires José Luis Luna as General Counsel

Pérez-Llorca has hired José Luis Luna (pictured) as General Counsel, who will be responsible for the management of the in-house legal department and for compliance and management functions.

Luna holds a law degree from the University of Seville, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in European Politics and Community Law from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg and studies at Georgetown University in Washington.

Pérez-Llorca’s new General Counsel also has more than 20 years of experience working in law firms and multinationals. His most recent positions have been as Director of Corporate Legal Counsel, member of the Executive Committee and of the Management Committee of Abengoa and subsequently partner of the firm Ontier.
