Dentons advises on the sale of a logistics warehouse in Barcelona

Dentons has advised, private equity firm, Scannell Properties on the sale of a logistics warehouse in Barcelona.

The firm team advising on the transaction was led by real estate partner Itxaso López. Associates Manuel de Cueto and Carlota García-Ovíes also participated in the transaction.

The warehouse, inaugurated in 2022, has a surface area of approximately 21,000 square metres and its location, just a few minutes from the city centre and the port, makes it a very attractive logistics site. In fact, the asset has been sold under a lease to french manufacturer Daher. It is located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcelona.
