Araoz & Rueda advises Exclusivas on the sale of one of its shareholdings

Araoz & Rueda Abogados has advised Exclusivas on the sale of a stake in the company to the Italian Celli Group, specialised in the design and manufacture of beverage dispensing systems and accessories.

Founded in 1989, Exclusivas specialises in the design and manufacture of high quality products for the brewing sector.

The Araoz & Rueda Abogados team advising on this agreement was formed by the partners (pictured from left to right) José Javier Prieto Ruiz, Ainhoa Veiga and Clara Mañoso Giménez and the lawyers, Luis Trigueros von Korff, Andrés Máiz, María Cano Esteban, Hugo Steunou Zorro and Raquel Costoyas Rendo.
