GA_P advises Indigo on the acquisition of a car park

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Indigo Group, a specialist in mobility services, on the acquisition of a car park located in Plaza de España in Zaragoza, one of the main car parks in the city.

The GA_P team advising on this agreement was formed by: the partners, David Riopérez (pictured left) and Mariana Díaz-Moro Paraja (pictured right) ; and the lawyers, Luis Nicolás Pinedo Martín, José Antonio Gómez Calafat, Pablo Soler Sanz-Ramos, Lourdes Escassi and José Ramón Pérez Álvarez-Robles.
