Linklaters, Allen & Overy and KPMG on the sale of 80% of Sabadell’s payments subsidiary.

Linklaters has advised Banco Sabadell on the sale of 80% of its payments subsidiary to Nexi Group and on the formalisation of a strategic agreement to provide an acquisition service. Allen & Overy and KPMG Abogados have advised, the buyer, Nexi Group.

KPMG Abogados acted as tax advisor of Nexi regarding  the tax due diligence and tax structuring. Nexi is is an Italian listed bank leader in the payment business.
