Hogan Lovells advises Motherson on the acquisition of SAS Autosystemtechnik
Hogan Lovells has advised Indian Motherson Group on the acquisition of SAS Group from Faurecia, a company of the Paris-listed FORVIA Group.
Faurecia’s SAS cockpit modules division is a global provider of assembly and logistics services for the automotive industry.
By this acquisition, Indian Motherson Group, a diversified global manufacturing specialist, aims to further diversify its customer base and products and become a leading global manufacturer of cockpit modules, with a focus on electronic vehicle models.
