José María Salcedo launches Salcedo Tax Litigation
José María Salcedo Benavente (pictured), a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in tax litigation, has launched his new firm, Salcedo Tax Litigation, a legal boutique with the aim of offering a specialised service in procedural-tax matters.
The new firm will focus on litigation against any act issued by the tax administration, whether state, regional or local.
José María Salcedo has developed all his activity in the field of tax law and tax litigation at the law firm Ático Jurídico, as a partner of the firm and head of the tax litigation department. He has years of experience in administrative, economic-administrative and contentious-administrative appeals against any tax administration, including appeals in cassation before the Supreme Court.
“Salcedo Tax Litigation arises from the need to offer a service that does not diversify into other areas, such as tax advice or the filing of tax returns, which is different from the usual practice that the same professional who provides tax advice and files tax returns is also the one who carries out the defence in tax proceedings”, explains the creator of the new legal boutique.
