Ecija has advised the alternative investment fund KGAL ESPF 5 on the structuring of a joint venture with Grupo Premier for the development of renewable energy plants, mainly photovoltaic and wind power in Spain.
The Ecija team advising on this deal was formed by Magdalena Bertram (pictured), partner, Álvaro Gallego and Carmen Ramón, lawyers of the firm.
On the other side, Grupo Premier was advised by Watson Farley & Williams (WFW).
