Acquisition of Ipresa, the advisors

Hogan Lovells has advised FIATC Seguros on the acquisition of the insurance company Ipresa.

Through this transaction, the firm acquires a significant stake in Ipresa and continues to grow in the health branch, strengthening its presence in the País Vasco and Guipúzcoa.

The Hogan Lovells team advising FIATC Seguros was formed by partner, Pablo Muelas García (pictured right) and counsel, Felipe Vázquez Acedo (pictured left), together with lawyers, Boris Urquizu Barquet and Eduardo Diaz Escagedo.
