Hogan Lovells appoints three new counsels

Hogan Lovells has appointed three new counsels in Spain. They are Alejandro Moscoso del Prado (pictured centre left), Enrique de Pablos (pictured right) and Eugenio Vázquez (pictured centre right), who specialise in tax, corporate/M&A and litigation, respectively.

Moscoso del Prado holds a degree in law and business administration and management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has been working at Hogan since 2013. He specialises in international tax planning and company reorganisation and acquisition operations, both national and international.

De Pablos, who has been with Hogan since 2019, has a law degree from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas Icade and has more than 10 years of experience advising on all types of commercial matters, with his main specialisation being M&A transactions, advice on corporate governance and corporate restructurings.

Vázquez holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and joined Hogan in 2011 after a brief experience at Cuatrecasas. He specialises in representing large companies, both national and international, in civil and commercial legal proceedings.
