GA_P advises Cobee in a financing round
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Cobee, the employee benefits management startup, in a €40m Series B financing round led by Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital, with the participation of previous investors such as Balderton, Speedinvest and Dila Capital.
With this new capital injection, Cobee will boost its business growth in Spain and Portugal and will also explore new market opportunities in Europe and Latin America, such as Mexico, where it will next open in early 2023.
The team from GA_P advising Cobee was formed by the partner, Alex Pujol (pictured), and the associate, Mónica Martells, both from the commercial team of the Barcelona office.
